Get Help Downloading Files
File size and type
File size and type are listed for each file. Files over 200KB in size list the estimated download time. Download times are calculated for a 28.8kbps dial-up modem rounded to the nearest minute. A 200KB file will load in approximately one minute.
If you find any download times unacceptable and would like to have a hard
copy mail to you, please contact us at 360.943.0512.
PDF files
The free Adobe® Acrobat® Reader utility is required in order to view or print files in PDF format. You can
download the reader at no cost from Adobe's web site. For technical support see the
Adobe Reader support page.
High speed connection (broadband) users
Large files are provided for those with high speed or broadband connections who want to download large files as one rather than in smaller components. Your download time will be determined by your connection type and other variables.
