SOUTHWEST REGION
The Southwest Region provides services in Lewis, Pacific and Grays Harbor counties. With offices in Chehalis, South Bend and Aberdeen, two Employment Services Directors support and supervise approximately 12 direct service staff in the provision of employment services to 131 individuals.
Professional staff adheres to the highest level of integrity and respect for those individuals they support. All direct service staff, at the time of hire, must pass a stringent background check by the Department of Social & Health Services and are re-checked every two years of employment. In addition, each staff is provided with extensive technical training which includes: Precision Training, Positive Behavior Support, Ethics, Job Development, Job Coaching, etc.
Vocational services provided in this region include Employment Planning, High School Transition, Competitive Employment, and Supported Employment.
