Amy Buckler is the Assistant City Manager of Centralia. She is passionate about public service and ensuring that all people in our community have access to economic opportunity. Amy brings experience in visioning and strategic planning, housing, economic development and regional collaboration.
Tiffany Scroggs serves as a Program Director at the Thurston Economic Development Council, a position she’s held since 2012. Prior to that, Tiffany provided advising services to entrepreneurs and businesses. Tiffany is a member of the Finance Committee. She brings a background in nonprofit growth strategies, has strong ties to the business community, and is passionate about supporting an inclusive economy.
Jessica Robinson has been in the banking industry since 2007 and currently holds the position of Branch Manager at Heritage Bank's Olympia Downtown location. With a strong focus on supporting local businesses, nonprofits, and associations, she seeks out opportunities that not only align with the businesses’ strengths but also helps them achieve their overall strategic objectives. As a dedicated community advocate, she brings valuable insight and commitment to her role as a Board Member for Morningside. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, crafting, spending time with her family, and cheering on her three boys at their sporting events.
Aaron Steele is Principal of Steele Capital Management, a financial planning company. Aaron has been in the financial services industry since 1994 and worked many years in the commercial banking industry in Olympia before starting his own firm. Aaron brings a wealth of experience and financial acumen to Morningside and has previously served as Secretary/Treasurer and Chairman of the Board.
Christina Riley, a proud member of the Tlingit & Haida Indian Tribes, is a seasoned Construction Craft Laborer with over 15 years of industry experience, including roles in concrete, demolition, roadwork, and building construction. She previously served as an apprenticeship coordinator at the Northwest Laborers-Employers Training Trust and later joined National LECET to support workforce development nationwide. In 2022, she launched Christina Riley Consulting, LLC, focusing on training program development, recruitment, tribal liaison work, and community engagement. Christina balances her work as a business owner with life on a 60-acre farm, raising two children, and volunteering in youth sports, her church, and local education initiatives.
Jim Raymond is a retired radiation oncologist who formerly worked for RadiantCare here in the South Sound region. He and his wife have resided in the Olympia area for the past 20 years. Their son is neuro-diverse with high functioning autism and he has benefited from the employment assistance provided by Morningside. Jim provides his experience as a community physician, a former business owner and a parent's perspective to the Morningside Board of Directors.
Katie McMurray is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sensory Tool House, LLC a retail store designed for individuals who are neurodivergent and disabled to explore sensory and adaptive tools. She brings over 20 years of experience as an educator, certified disability management specialist, vocational counselor, disability advocate, and parent of a child with a disability and others who are neurodivergent. Katie is an award-winning neurodivergent business owner who has proven increasing access to employment and providing a culture of support for all increases productivity, retention, and innovation. Outside of her work you can find Katie enjoying her family and exploring the Salish Sea.
